Sigur Ros are on top of the UK Record Store Chart this week with their latest studio effort ‘Kveikur‘.

Last week’s number one – Beady Eye‘s ‘BE‘ – drops down to #9 on the new rundown, while Black Sabbath, Queens Of The Stone Age and The National also hold on to Top 10 spots.

The chart launched in conjunction with last year’s Record Store Day initiative, and is compiled entirely from sales registered at Britain’s independent record shops.
