High new entries for The National, Tribes on UK Record Store Chart

The National and Tribes have both enjoyed high new entries on this week’s UK Record Store Chart with their respective albums ‘Trouble Will Find Me‘ and ‘Wish To Scream‘.

The National are at #2 and Tribes at #4 on the latest rundown, with last week’s chart topper – Vampire Weekend‘s ‘Modern Vampires Of The City‘ – splitting the pair.

As on the main chart, Daft Punk are on top thanks to ‘Random Access Memories‘ while David Bowie has climbed a few places to #14 on the chart which is compiled entirely from sales registered at the UK’s independent record shops.
