Iconic guitar legend Prince will perform and be honored at this year’s Billboard Awards in Las Vegas on May 19.
Meanwhile Prince has unveiled a new, heavier rock track off of his forthcoming LP Plectrum Electrum.’FIXURLIFEUP‘ features one of Princes signature electric guitar solos, introduced by the lyrics “Don’t worry about what the crowd does/ Just worry about being good at what you love.”
Canadian Prince fans are going to have a chance to hear what the rest of the album sounds like when “Prince will let the public hear songs from this new album at the Live Out Loud Tour launch party at the Portside Pub in Vancouver, BC,” the website states. “For $25, it’s a chance to hear some fresh funk-rock from Prince, including the new song ‘FIXURLIFEUP’, which was debuted earlier today on CBC Radio.”
