Mumford & Sons are due to travel to Ireland later this year for a one-off outdoor concert.
The London band have enlisted The Vaccines, Ben Howard and Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros for the gig which takes place at Phoenix Park, Dublin on Sunday, July 14th. Tickets are onsale from this Friday (March 15th).
Meanwhile, Mumford & Sons frontman Marcus Mumford will be dipping into the film soundtrack role this year after collaborating with Justin Timberlake on the upcoming Coen Brothers film Inside Llewyn Davis.
“I did work with Marcus Mumford on the soundtrack,” Timberlake recently told Capital FM. “Marcus and myself, we all kind of worked on the music together and I don’t know any other world where we would have the opportunity to collaborate like that but it was so much fun.”
“So not only will that be a great movie, but the music to it will be fantastic.”
