Artists rubber-stamped for the 2013 Evolution Festival in Newcastle include The Vaccines, Jake Bugg and one of Live4ever’s essential acts of last year, The Lake Poets, it has been confirmed today.
The event takes place over the May bank holiday weekend (May 26th-27th), and also has Ellie Goulding, Paloma Faith and Lethal Bizzle included on its bill.
“We have been working damned hard over the last few months to put together the strongest, most varied line up yet,” promoter Jim Mawdsley remarks. “As usual we are proud to have such a strong mix of today’s heavy weights and future stars.”
