The Strokes have uploaded their brand new single ‘All The Time‘ to Soundcloud after the track received its premiere on Zane Lowe’s Radio 1 show yesterday evening (February 13th).
‘All The Time’ is the first official single to be taken from the New York band’s forthcoming album ‘Comedown Machine‘, though the free download ‘One Way Trigger‘ was made available upon the LP’s unveiling earlier this month.
‘Comedown Machine’ is due to follow 2011’s ‘Angles‘ on March 25th, and is the result of a concerted effort by the group to atone for the many delays and ructions which dogged their last studio effort.
‘All The Time’ is the track which first suggested a new album from The Strokes was imminent after a Seattle-based radio station revealed on Facebook in January it had been in receipt of the song and would, ‘Have to leak it soon’, adding that fans, ‘Won’t be disappointed’.
