Jake Bugg has unveiled his latest round of UK tour dates beginning in October.
The Nottingham songwriter, still riding high on the UK Album Chart with his self-titled debut album, launches the tour on October 19th at the BIC in Bournemouth. A gig at the Brixton Academy is due on the 23rd, while a stop off at the Doncaster Dome carries the trip into November. A final date is then booked for the Manchester Apollo on November 6th.
Jake Bugg will contest the British Breakthrough category at the 2013 Brit Awards this week, with Jessie Ware, Ben Howard, Rita Ora and Mercury Music Prize winners Alt-J also nominated.
The ceremony takes place this coming Wednesday, February 20th, at the O2 Arena in London. Bugg’s fellow UK starlet Tom Odell has already been confirmed as the recipient of the Critics’ Choice award for 2013.
