Jake Bugg was the recent guest of Conan O’Brien when he performed the single ‘Two Fingers‘ for the US chat show host. Check out the performance via YouTube below.
Bugg made his American bow last year on touring duties with both Noel Gallagher and Snow Patrol, and returned to perform one of the tracks which has helped his self-titled debut album become a genuine hit in the UK. The record entered at number on the Album Chart back in October 2012, has continued to sell consistently since, and currently stands at #3 on the charts this week.
The eponymous record was named as one of Live4ever’s Essential Debut Albums of last year after being described in our review as tipping, ‘a joyously knowing wink to the acoustic folk scene of the 1960s whilst still managing to poignantly convey the teenage angst you would expect from one so young’.
