The immensely talented former Coral guitarist Bill Ryder-Jones will release a new album in April.
Last year saw Ryder-Jones release the orchestral record ‘If…‘, and he now plans on following that album up with ‘A Bad Wind Blows In My Heart‘, set to be available on CD, download and 12″ vinyl from April 8th.
The album will be his first on the Domino label, and in typically intriguing style is described as a ‘grand imaginary soundtrack’ to Italo Calvino’s novel If On a Winters Night a Traveller.
By The Sea will feature on the album, which was recorded in a bedroom in Liverpool, and later polished off with producer James Ford.
