Stereophonics with former drummer Javier Weyler
Stereophonics have revealed their upcoming eighth studio album will be release in March next year.
‘Graffiti On The Train‘ is set to follow the 2009 record ‘Keep Calm and Carry On‘ through Stylus Records on March 4th, 2013.
The Welsh band have already previewed the new LP with the free download ‘In a Moment‘, while ‘Violins and Tambourines‘ was premiered in October via a short film directed by frontman Kelly Jones, who commented at the time: “I’ve loved film and music ever since I was a kid. When I first started writing songs I realised they could paint pictures in your mind, which inevitably leads to telling stories. I’ve always wanted to combine them both.”
Stereophonics are currently out on a short UK tour which began at the Newport Centre on December 15th. Gigs at the Manchester Academy (16th), Glasgow O2 Academy (17th) have also been completed, with shows at the Birmingham O2 Academy tonight (December 19th and the London Troxy (20) also booked.
