Wild Beasts will warm-up for their imminent appearance at the 2012 All Tomorrow’s Parties event in Camber Sands with a one-off gig at the Lexington venue in London next month.

Taking place on December 7th, the concert will see Wild Beasts performing their excellent 2011 album ‘Smother‘ in its entirety, as well as ‘a sprinkling of other classics thrown in for good measure’.

Tickets for the show will be allocated via a ballot system which fans can apply to be a part of at this link until this coming Monday (December 3rd).

Released through Domino in the May of 2011, ‘Smother’ peaked at #17 on the UK Album Chart, and was a somewhat surprise omission from the Mercury Music Prize shortlist last year.

The 2012 ATP festival has been curated by The National, and will be held between December 7th-9th. As well as performances from The National and Wild Beasts, the likes of Owen Pallett, Local Natives, Wye Oak, Perfume Genius and Richard Reed Perry of Arcade Fire are among the performers.
