Local Natives will spend most of the next few months travelling back and forth through Europe after confirming an extensive touring schedule today.

The band will issue the LP ‘Hummingbird‘ on January 28th, 2013 following recording sessions in both Montreal and Brooklyn with The National‘s Aaron Dessner, and begin the long European trek in Hamburg, Germany on November 28th.

UK dates then get underway in December with gigs in London and Sussex before the band take a break for the New Year. British gigs resume on February 8th at the Leeds Brudenell Club and move back onto mainland Europe with a show in Cologne on the 16th.

A stop at the Where The Wild Things Are festival in Belgium is set to be the final gig of the tour on March 9th.
