Some or all of Led Zeppelin‘s arsenal of classic albums are likely to be re-released next year after Jimmy Page revealed he is currently working on remastering the records.

Speaking to Mojo, Page said the albums will each get an individual boxset release in 2013 which will include remastered tracks and previously unreleased material.

“There are a number of Led Zeppelin projects that will come out next year because there are different versions of tracks that we have that can be added to the album so there will be box sets of material that will come out, starting next year,” he commented. “There will be one box set per album with extra music that will surface.”

Jimmy Page has also been leading the release of Led Zeppelin’s Celebration Day DVD, which captures the band’s epic 2007 reunion show at London’s O2 Arena when the three surviving members – together with Jason Bonham, son of their late drummer John – reformed for one night only in memory of the late Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegün.
