Manchester band The 1975 will release their second EP ‘Sex‘ later this year.

Buoyed by the success of the debut EP ‘Facedown‘ which had its release last month, the new collection will be available from November 19th, and is described as an ‘even darker and ambitious affair’ than its predecessor.

The EP will be opened by ‘Intro/Set3’, with the title-track, ‘You’ and secret track ‘Milk’ following. The band have also confirmed they will hit the studio once more throughout October and November to record their debut full length with respected Arctic Monkeys and Foals cohort Mike Crossey.

An end-of-year tour of the UK and Ireland will begin on December 2nd at the Leeds Cockpit. The group will then visit Glasgow, Hull, Manchester, London, Southampton, Birmingham, Dublin and Belfast before ending the trek at Newcastle’s Head of Steam on the 13th.
