Newly crowned Mercury Music Prize nominees Alt-J have unveiled the new video for their track ‘Fitzpleasure‘. The promo can be viewed below.
‘Fitzpleasure’ will soon be followed by the band’s next single, ‘Something Good’, which is due for release on October 1st.
Both tracks feature on the debut album ‘An Awesome Wave‘, which remains the hot favourite for this year’s Mercury Prize at most betting outlets, with Richard Hawley, Django Django and Plan B also being strongly tipped for the prestigious award when the winner is unveiled at a London ceremony in November.
Meanwhile, Alt-J have responded to ever-growing interest in the group during recent months by confirming more UK tour dates for early next year ahead of a previously announced run of gigs which are due next month.
In addition, they will embark on another round of British shows in support of Two Door Cinema Club in November.
