The Killers will perform a one-off gig at the HMV Forum in London next month for BBC radio.
The Killers will appear in London on September 10th, with BBC Radio 1 planning to air the show live in its entirety. Tickets will be available via a ballot system which can be entered through Radio 1′s official website.
Meanwhile, the Las Vegas band return to the UK this week (August 17th) for another stand-alone UK concert at Leeds’ O2 Academy as they warm-up for headline appearances at V Festival on August 18th and 19th along side fellow bill-toppers The Stone Roses.
The UK gigs are likely to offer fans a taster of The Killers’ upcoming new album ‘Battle Born‘, which was extensively previewed during a short US tour last month. ‘Battle Born’ has been recorded with a series of different producers including Steve Lillywhite and Madonna cohort Stuart Price, and is due for release on September 18th.
