Kasabian warm-up for Reading/Leeds headline gig in London

Kasabian warmed-up for their headline appearances at this weekend’s Reading/Leeds festival last night (August 20th) with a one-off show at London’s Brixton Academy.

The Leicester band included a brief cover of Fatboy Slim‘s 1999 single ‘Praise You‘ in their set, which also included many of their own hits taken from four studio albums.

Kasabian are due to headline Reading/Leeds along side The Cure and the Foo Fighters, with one of the final major events of the UK summer festival season set for significant rainfall during the course of the weekend according to early forecasts. The likes of The Black Keys, The Maccabees and The Vaccines are also booked for this year’s leg.
