New Jersey band The Gaslight Anthem‘s new LP ‘Handwritten‘ has debuted at number one on this week’s UK Record Store Album Chart, which is compiled entirely from sales registered at Britain’s independent record shops.
‘Handwritten’ replaces last week’s chart topper, Newton Faulkner‘s ‘Write It On Your Skin‘, which has dropped to #16.
Elsewhere, Slipknot‘s career retrospective ‘Antennas To Hell‘ has entered at #6, while Plan B‘s ‘Ill Manors‘ record has landed at no.2.
