New Order have confirmed six US gigs for this coming October – their first run of live dates in the States for seven years.
The US stop also includes a show in Canada at Toronto’s Sony Center which will close the tour on October 23rd, and opens in San Francisco on October 5th. The influential band, who reunited last year without their original bass player Peter Hook, will also visit Los Angeles, Denver, Dallas and New York City.
New Order’s North American dates are set to be preceded with a series of festival spots in the UK, which include an appearance with Blur in Hyde Park and a headline performance at Bestival in September.
