Linkin Park on top of UK Record Store Album Chart

Linkin Park are on top of this week’s UK Record Store Album Chart, pushing previous chart topper Can down one place to #2.

Living Things‘ has proved to be the most popular new release in the UK’s independent record stores, while Jack White‘s ‘Blunderbuss‘ has jumped nine places to #3 after a storming live performance at Radio 1’s Hackney Weekend.

Elsewhere, Alabama Shakes‘ ‘Boys and Girls‘ continues to hold strong in the top ten on its twelfth week on the chart, and a remastered edition of David Bowie‘s classic ‘Ziggy Stardust‘ album has re-entered the chart at no.14.
