Gaz Coombes confirms new single, UK tour

Former Supergrass frontman Gaz Coombes will head out on a headline tour of the UK in October.

Coombes’ solo dates will open up at the Newcastle Academy on October 17th, with a single Scottish gig at Glasgow’s King Tuts immediately following a day later. Cities including Manchester, Birmingham and London will also be visited during the remainder of the month ahead of a closing date at Bristol’s Fleece venue on October 28th.

After his debut solo album ‘Here Come The Bombs’ and lead single ‘Hot Fruit‘ both hit the shelves back in May, Coombes will release the new single ‘Simulator’, backed with a cover of the Beach Boys classic ‘I Just Wasn’t Made For These Times’, on July 23rd.
