Actor Charlie Sheen is set to pay tribute to legendary guitarist Slash later today (July 10th) when the former Guns N Roses man is inducted into the world famous Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Sheen will join movie producer Robert Evans and Slash’s regular collaborator Myles Kennedy at the ceremony which will take place in front of the Hard Rock Cafe in Los Angeles, when the likes of Janis Joplin, Jane’s Addiction, Javier Bardem and Helen Mirren are also set to be honoured.
“We are proud to place Slash’s name among the stars on our fabled Hollywood Walk of Fame,” Ana Martinez, producer of the Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremonies, told WENN after confirming Slash for the Walk Of Fame last month.
Immediately after the ceremony, Slash and Myles Kennedy will perform a short acoustic set for fans.
