Bob Dylan closed the second day of the 2012 Benicassim festival yesterday evening (July 13th), and included a clutch of much-loved tracks in the process.
Dylan was closing the Friday on the Main Stage following earlier performances from the likes of Miles Kane and Bombay Bicycle Club, and aired some of his most treasured compositions including ‘To Ramona‘, ‘Simple Twist of Fate‘ and ‘Tangled Up In Blue‘, while the set was closed with the all-time classic single ‘Like a Rolling Stone‘.
On Thursday, reformed US band At The Drive-In moved up the bill to headline after Florence & The Machine withdrew at the last minute due to a vocal injury which has afflicted principal member Florence Welch.
Tonight, The Stone Roses will top Maravillas, with Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds playing immediately before.
