Bon Iver have announced a tour of UK arenas for later this year on the day Justin Vernon and co. release a new live EP.
The arena shows form part of a wider European tour for Bon Iver, and are due to begin at Wembley Arena in London on November 8th. Shows in Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast will follow before the band cross the Irish Sea for a gig at the Dublin O2 Arena on November 12th.
Out today (June 19th), the ‘iTunes Session EP‘ includes seven tracks which have all been recorded live – six taken from Bon Iver’s 2011 self-titled album as well as a cover of Bjork‘s ‘Who Is It?‘.
The eponymous second album was released in June last year, and landed Bon Iver Brit Award nominations in the Best Newcomer and Best International Male categories earlier this year.
