Morrissey’s drummer quits after ‘weird’ tour

Matt Walker, drummer with Morrissey‘s touring band for over six years, has quit the group not long after appearing to show some dissatisfaction with the famously outspoken star on Twitter.

Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins is to play the part of Iggy Pop in a new film centred around the New York punk scene of the mid-Seventies, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
