Kasabian have been added to the line-up for BBC Radio 1’s Hackney Weekend, which will be headlined by Rihanna and Jay Z.
The event is to be held over the weekend of June 23rd-24th on London’s Hackney Marshes, with around 100,000 people expected to be in attendance. Kasabian will play on the opening day along side the likes of Jack White, Lana Del Rey and Florence & The Machine, with Jay Z later due to headline.
Admission to the event is free, with a large portion of the tickets going to residents of the Hackney area and surrounding London boroughs.
