Ireland’s Titanic Lockdown festival, which was set to host the likes of New Order and Happy Mondays next month, has become the latest event to be cancelled due to poor tickets sales.

New York formally pays tribute to Beastie Boys’ Adam Yauch

New York has paid tribute to its native Adam ‘MCA’ Yauch of the Beastie Boys, who passed away earlier this month at the age of 47 after losing his battle with the cancer he was first diagnosed with in 2009.

Adele turns down offer to headline Glastonbury 2013

Glastonbury organiser Michael Eavis has revealed Adele turned down the chance to headline the festival in 2013 as she felt the gig would be ‘too daunting’.

Guns N Roses launch UK & Ireland tour with mammoth three-hour set

Guns N Roses kicked off their UK and Ireland tour in Dublin last night (May 17th) with the city’s O2 Arena crowd affording Axl Rose and co. a far warmer reception than when the band last visited in 2010.
