The View will preview new material at two intimate UK shows next month as they prepare to release the new album ‘Cheeky For a Reason‘ on July 2nd.

The band will precede a larger UK tour with shows at the Glasgow Cottiers Theatre on May 9th and and London’s Hoxton Bar & Kitchen a day later, giving fans a first taster of the follow up to 2011’s ‘Bread & Circuses‘.

As previously reported on Live4ever, The View’s main leg of UK dates will begin at Rockness in Inverness on June 9th. The dates then extend throughout the remainder of June and into July, with a first gig that month coming at Pleasure Island in Cleethorpes on the 7th.
