The Sex Pistols have unveiled the artwork (pic) for the re-release of their iconic single ‘Anarchy In The UK‘, which is being issued as part of this month’s Record Store Day celebrations.

Along with a raft of other special releases on April 21st, the re-mastered ‘Anarchy In The UK’ will be available on limited edition 7” picture disc vinyl, and will also feature original b-side ‘I Wanna Be Me‘. It will be available internationally, but limited to just 3,500 records.

Last month, it was revealed the Sex Pistols have signed a  record deal with Universal ahead of a new release to celebrate the 35th anniversary of their landmark album ‘Never Mind The Bollocks…Here’s The Sex Pistols‘.

Universal Music Catalogue UK will issue an expanded and re-packaged edition of the 1977 album to mark the anniversary, while other events and releases are said to be in the pipeline. “Music can be great, when done by the great,” John Lydon has remarked.
