Paul McCartney has confirmed the details of his ‘RAM‘ re-issue, which is due out on May 21st.

Coming in standard and deluxe editions the tracklistings, handpicked by McCartney himself, have been unveiled, with the deluxe edition’s second disc containing seven bonus tracks. The third disc features a remastered mono version of the 1971 album, while a remastered edition of ‘RAM’s 1977 instrumental companion piece ‘Thrillington‘ will be available on the fourth disc.

“Ladies and gentlemen, this is an album from a long, long time ago, when the world was different,” McCartney said when announcing the release. “This is an album that is part of my history – it goes back to the wee hills of Scotland where it was formed.
