Metal veterans Motorhead and Anthrax will head out on a joint UK tour towards the end of 2012.
Beginning at the Wolverhampton Civic Hall on November 5th, the 10-date tour will visit Scotland for a gig at the Glasgow O2 Academy on the 9th, and is due to close at Bristol’s Colston Hall on November 18th.
The announcement comes as Motorhead continue work on their new album, which will follow 2010’s ‘The World Is Yours‘, while Anthrax will be on the road in support of their own LP ‘Worship Music‘, which was released in September last year. The album was the band’s first for eight years, and marked the return of singer Joey Belladonna after an absence of over two decades.
Tickets for the tour will go on sale from this Friday (April 27th).
