Radiohead‘s expanding 2012 world tour will now feature dates in Australia and New Zealand, the band have announced.

Beginning on November 6th with a show in New Zealand at the Vector Arena in Auckland, the group will then cross the Tasman Sea for a show in Brisbane and twin dates in Sydney and Melbourne.

Touring in support of their ‘King Of Limbs‘ album, Radiohead are said to be preparing a show which will be ‘an aural and visual celebration’ of their career, while Ed O’Brien told XFM late last year they are also planning on airing new songs during the tour.

“We’re trying to keep it creative,” he said. “We’ve got new songs, we’ve been rehearsing about four or five new songs this week so we’re going to try and take those on the road. It feels really good.”

Dates:

Vector Arena, Auckland (6)
Entertainment Centre, Brisbane (9)
Entertainment Centre, Sydney (12)
