The Maccabees have released more UK tour dates for next year to go with their previously announced January 2012 shows.
The band will now traverse Britain for most of next March, beginning in Scotland at the HMV Picture House on the 5th. The first gig south of the border is due at the Middlesbrough Town Hall on March 7th. The band will then continue over the following weeks, finishing at the Cambridge Corn Exchange on March 19th.
The tour is in support of The Maccabees’ forthcoming third studio album ‘Given To The Wild‘, a record which the band has said will for the first time showcase their true sound. It is due for release early next year.
