Cast have announced a new UK tour for early 2012 in support of their comeback album ‘Troubled Times‘, which is due for release next February.
The band will open up on March 29th at the Newcastle Academy, with two more dates due that month ahead of a gig on April 1st at the Leamington Spa Assembly. The final gig of the tour will be at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire on April 6th.
“Getting back with the band and working with John Leckie again after all these years apart was just how I envisioned it when I started writing the songs for this album,” Cast frontman John Power has said on their new LP. “Then it was all about putting into words what it was I was feeling”.
The album will be preceded by first single ‘See That Girl‘ on December 19th.
