Fans of the Red Hot Chili Peppers will be able to get their hands on professional recordings of each gig the band have booked for their forthcoming ‘I’m With You’ tour, after the group unveiled plans to host the shows on their official website.
Within two-to-three days of each live performance, fans will be able to download the concerts in a variety of formats, including MP3 and CD-quality FLAC, while other iTunes-friendly Lossless formats will also be available.
Red Hot Chili Peppers are out on the road in support of their tenth studio effort ‘I’m With You‘. Their first with guitarist Josh Klinghoffer, who joined the band after the departure of John Frusciante, the record topped the charts in many countries across Europe, including the UK, Italy and Spain, and has to date peaked at #2 on the US’ Billboard 200.
Next summer, they will launch a massive outdoor UK jaunt, which will take in a stop at the prestigious Knebworth Park on June 23rd.
