The band will celebrate the new album with their largest headline UK gig to date. The show will take place at London’s Brixton Academy on May 18th, with tickets going onsale from this Friday (November 25th).

When announcing the album and gig to fans, band member Blaine Harrison has said:

“Winter has bestowed itself upon us and once again the weatherman warns us that we will soon be brushing snow flakes from our faces. We have returned from texas with dirty boots, a family member heavier (a beautiful young lady by the name of odessa) and a quiver of new songs. Admittedly less than we went out with (such are the worlds’ ways) but damn me if they aren’t some of our favorite yet.”

“Which brings me to how exited I am to announce a concert where you will be able to come and hear each one as well as those preceding them that led us here. Join us on Friday 18th May, 2012 as we roll up our sleeves, pull the cactus needles from our butts and play the biggest hometown jets show yet at Brixton academy. Its been a long old while london, and I for one cannot wait. xxBlaine.”

‘LP4’ is the follow up to 2010’s ‘Serotonin‘.
