Coldplay have been confirmed as headliners for a forthcoming fundraising gig at London’s O2 Arena.
The event, entitled Under 1 Roof, will take place on December 10th, and has been organised in aid of the children’s charity Kids Company.
Joining Coldplay at the charity gig will be Radio 1 favourite and Mercury Prize nominee Tinie Tempah and British R&B star Emeli Sande. Comedians Rob Brydon and Steve Coogan, who starred along side one another in the brilliant sitcom The Trip last year, are also set to perform, with Coogan appearing as his popular character Alan Partridge.

Coldplay recently expanded their ambitious 2012 UK stadium tour, and will now play extra dates in London and Manchester after the original shows sold out within 90 minutes of going on sale.
The tour is in support of their 2011 album ‘Mylo Xyloto‘, which hit the top spot on both sides of the Atlantic upon its release in October.
