Arcade Fire, Adele Win UK Music Video Awards

Adele, Arcade Fire and Manchester Orchestra have all picked up awards at the fourth annual UK Music Video Awards, which were held at the Empire, Leicester Square last night (November 8th).

Adele won the Best Pop Video and Best Cinematography prizes for her ‘Rolling In The Deep‘ promo, which was directed by Sam Brown, while Arcade Fire’s ‘The Suburbs‘, helmed by Spike Jonze, won Best International Alternative Video.




The UK Music Video Awards have been described as being “…all about giving rightful recognition to the creativity, craft and sheer entertainment value of music videos today,” by its editorial director David Knight.

Meanwhile, Manchester Orchestra and their director Daniels picked up Video Of The Year for ‘Simple Math‘.
