Liam Gallagher has once again said he would be willing to share a stage with brother Noel in 2015 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his former band Oasis‘ album ‘(What’s The Story) Morning Glory?‘.

Noel Gallagher
has prompted talk of a possible Oasis return in 2015 during interviews for his brand new debut solo effort ‘Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds‘, during which he has spoken on numerous occasions of his disappointment that his walkout on Oasis in August 2009 meant their landmark second release could not be properly celebrated.

In response, Liam Gallagher recently told Rolling Stone he would be happy to tour the album in just over three years time should the siblings be able to ‘put their **** aside’, and has followed up those comments this week by telling the Canadian TV programme George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight:

“Noel is the one that started this kind of thing. But I’m definitely up for doing a tour. I don’t think me and him will ever be in a full-on band again that’s done, I think.”

However, despite being the man to initially raise the idea of a ‘…Morning Glory’ tour, Noel Gallagher has now appeared to back away from the plan, commenting to BBC Newsbeat that he “left that band for a reason, and the reason still stands,” while also evading similar questioning during an appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show last weekend.
