Coldplay have gone straight in at number one on the UK Album Chart this week, with last week’s chart topper, ‘Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds‘, continuing its impressive opening commerical performance by dropping just one place to #2.

Elsewhere, Adele‘s ‘21‘ continues to hold onto its place in the top 10, standing this week at no.8, and Kasabian‘s ‘Velociraptor!‘ just retains a place in the top 20 (#20).
