London band Chapel Club will continue to air new songs on their forthcoming UK tour as they prepare to wrap up promotional duties for debut album ‘Palace‘.
As previously reported on the Live4ever Ezine, Chapel Club will begin their tour tonight (October 10th) at Manchester Sound Control, with a final show coming at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire on October 18th.
And now, after unveiling new tracks during a stint of summer festival shows, the band’s frontman Lewis Bowman has said they are looking forward to further displaying their new-found ‘freer and fresher’ approach to songwriting when they set off across Britain this month.
“We all have a lot of love for the songs on ‘Palace’ and we love that so many people have taken them to their hearts,” Bowman said. “But when we wrote them we were still learning how to write songs together. Now we have a bit more experience, we’re better able to explore the possibilities. Everything feels freer and fresher and more relaxed and more exciting; hopefully the new songs reflect that.”
In addition, Chapel Club have made ‘Waterlight Park‘ available for free download from their official Facebook page.
