Queens Of The Stone Age have invited fans to help shape the setlist they will perform at this month’s Glastonbury festival, by picking their ten preferred choices online.
The band’s frontman and leader Josh Homme outlined the initiative during an interview with Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe, who is hosting the voting on his show’s webpage.
A list of 50 songs for fans to choose from has been published, with perennial QOTSA favourites such as ‘No One Knows‘, ‘Lost Art Of Keeping a Secret‘ and ‘Feel Good Hit Of The Summer‘ sitting alongside some less established tracks. Voting is open until 9pm on June 9th, after which Homme will return to Zane Lowe’s programme to announce the 10 favourites the day before their Glastonbury gig.
Queens Of The Stone Age are due to headline Glastonbury’s Other Stage on the Sunday, topping a bill which also includes the likes of Kaiser Chiefs, Eels and Cold War Kids.
