London-based rock n rollers The Jim Jones Revue will release their second album ‘Burning Your House Down‘ in the US this coming August, after the record was issued to widespread acclaim in Europe last year.
The LP, which was produced by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds‘ Jim Sclavunos, is to be released through Punk Rock Blues Records on August 16th.
‘Burning Your House Down’ continued down the trail blazed by their self-titled debut, effortlessly providing its own twist to a sound and spirit inspired by early pioneers such as Little Richard and Chuck Berry, to achieve a thoroughly modern and refreshing take on grass-roots rock n roll.
The Jim Jones Revue will take their new album out on the road in North America from September 1st, with typically raucous performances to be expected in cities such as Seattle, San Francisco and Chicago.
