The Beatles legend Ringo Starr has unveiled details of a UK tour which will commence in June.
The six-date tour will see Ringo touring with his All Star Band, and is kicked off at Hampton Court on June 17th. A hometown show follows a day later at the Liverpool Empire, before dates in Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow. Proceedings will be brought to a close in Bournemouth on June 24th.
Tickets are priced at £60.00/£55.00, subject to booking fee, while the Hampton Court show is £70 & £85, again subject to booking fee. Tickets go on sale from 9am this Friday (March 4th).
The gigs are likely to feature a career-spanning set, including tracks from his most recent solo album ‘Y Not‘, which was released in January 2010 and featured vocals from his former Beatles bandmate Paul McCartney.
