This year’s Reading/Leeds festivals are set for a special double-headlining treat as The Strokes and Pulp will alternate billings over the course of the Bank Holiday weekend.
The Strokes will top the Saturday at Reading, playing ahead of acts such as The National, The Pigeon Detectives and Two Door Cinema Club. When the line-up moves to Leeds a day later, Pulp will take advantage of their Yorkshire appearance by swapping places with The Strokes to bring the curtain down on the event in Leeds.
Rock heavyweights Muse will headline on Sunday in Reading and Friday in Leeds, backed by an impressive top three which is completed by Elbow and Interpol. My Chemical Romance are the final headliners, playing on the day when Beady Eye will top the NME/Radio 1 Stage.
