Arctic Monkeys Announce North America Tour Dates

The Monkeys are back! It’s been well over a year since US audiences had a chance to witness the infectious energy of an Arctic Monkeys live show but music fans can delight in today’s news that the English 4-piece have announced plans to play a string of coast-to-coast shows this spring. Kicking off in our nation’s capitol on May 17th and wrapping up at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles on June 3rd, the tour includes a return to New York City’s renowned Summer Stage in Central Park on May 24th. Arctic Monkeys – Alex Turner, Jamie Cook, Nick O’Malley and Matt Helders – haven’t performed in North America since criss-crossing the country in the wake of the release of Humbug, their acclaimed third album.
