The Cribs and Scottish natives Glasvegas are amongst the latest names to be added to this year’s RockNess festival, which is due to take place on the banks of Loch Ness in Dores, Scotland, between June 10th-12th.
Other bands including Two Door Cinema Club and We Are Scientists are also set to join previously announced headliners Kasabian, Paolo Nutini and The Chemical Brothers.
On the new additions, festival director Jim King said: “We are really happy to be announcing these amazing and exciting new acts that will be appearing at the festival. There are quality bands and DJs from all genres of music and this is just the start with many more acts still to be announced. “
The event won the Best Small Festival prize at last night’s NME Awards, after being headlined last year by Fatboy Slim, Leftfield and The Strokes.
