Melvin Benn, organiser of the Reading/Leeds festival, has revealed his three acts due to headline this summer will appear exclusively at the event in August.
Bruno Mars scores a UK chart double this week as his new album ‘Doo Wops & Hooligans’ joins the track ‘Grenade’ at the summit of the charts. Elsewhere, London trio White Lies’ second album ‘Ritual’ debuts at number 3, while Plan B’s ‘The Defamation Of Strickland Banks’ continues to hold strong in the top ten (#4). Outside the top ten, Mumford & Sons’ ‘Sigh No More’ drops to #11, while Kings Of Leon also suffer a dip, with ‘Come Around Sundown’ just holding on in the top 20 at no.18.
