London-based five piece the Treetop Flyers (Reid Morrison, Sam Beer, Tomer Danan, Laurie Sherman, Matthew Starritt) are offering fans a free track entitled ‘Long Cold Winter‘ as the band continue work on their debut album.

Reformed 2 Tone band The Specials have announced details of a large European tour to commence next September.

Carl Barat has hinted at a prolonged Libertines reunion, following the band’s successful return at the Reading/Leeds festivals last August.

The White Stripes are to release re-mastered vinyl editions of their first three studio albums later this month, via Jack White‘s own Third Man Records.
