Non other than Metallica will feature rocking out with Ray Davies on the Ex Kinks frontman’s new album ‘See My Friends’. James Hetfield and co got to rerecord one of their biggest hits “You Really Got Me” with the Brit Rock legend. They had hooked up on stage at last year’s 25th anniversary concert for the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame celebration.
‘See My Friends’ will be in stores in Europe on Nov. 1 (US release in early 2011) and also boasts Davies’ musical collaborations with Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora, Billy Corgan and Bruce Springsteen, among others.
